The Tiger & Bulldog Ohio Fund is placing first-secured residential development loans with experienced professional developers in the Cleveland area. We are looking to expand into Columbus and other Ohio markets in 2024.
The Fund
- Offers accredited investors an opportunity to support experienced, real estate developers in Ohio who are in the business of purchasing, repairing and selling residential properties
- Provides steady, attractive returns with limited volatility
- Seeks to protect principal by holding short-term, high-interest, first-secured notes
- Partners with local providers to qualify each project and borrower against set criteria
- Approves loans of no more than 60% of the estimated after-repair-value to minimize risk
- Actively tracks progress until promissory notes have been fully repaid
